Nethili Fish Fry / Anchovies Fry
Ingredients:
Here is an crispy and spicy fish fry for fish lover's. So crunchy fish you can serve for sambar and rasam rice. It would be an best combination.
- Anchovies fish - 250 grams
- Red Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
- Tumeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Corn flour Powder - 1/2 tbsp
- Ginger-garlic paste or juice - 1 tsp
- Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - needed
- Oil - for deep frying
Method:
- Clean the fish , remove head and wash it with cold water and keep aside.
- In a wide bowl, add all the above ingredients and sprinkle some water in masala powder to make it to an paste consistency.
- Now Apply the masala paste little by little in fish on both the sides and keep aside for min 30 - 45 min.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the fish , until the fish turns golden brown in color. deep fry evenly on both the sides.
- Serve hot ,yummy, crispy fish fry with lemon or rice.
